About
My Practice
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma with a subspecialty in sexual abuse, working with victims and sexually-abusive youth. I help people with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual addictions, sexual dysfunctions, and ADHD. Additionally, I am well versed in many women's issues, including postpartum depression, brief psychosis, and fetal demise. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Art and Play therapy, among other techniques.
